Know your manager before you join.

He is an awesome manager and cares about the team and the work we do. He provides honest feedback and I learn a lot from him.

He is good in general but I would like him to provide more clear guidance on the team's roadmap and how everyone can improve themselves and help the team grow stronger too

Wow, she already has so many negative reviews! XD I worked with her for roughly a year, and it was not a positive experience. She often assigned tasks without clear goals, context, or support, while focusing heavily on delivery speed. Her expectation seemed to be that everyone should be able to take on almost anything and ship it independently, even without sufficient support or context. She also provided very little guidance on personal growth or career development but she obviously played favorites. I was relieved when I no longer had to work with her and would prefer not to work with her again.

Eric was a good manager though he was occasionally hard to pin down. I’d like to work with him again
