People who reported to him thrived in their roles and grew. His feed is blunt but on point. He has the technical skills to back you up when you need help. Has a certain level of disdain for rules and does not complain when you take time off or decide to work from home. The only bad part about him is that he holds you accountable to commitments. If you say it will be done by Friday you better give him an update by 5PM Friday. You miss a deadline or forget to inform him about delays he will give you an earful.
