Calm, cool collective individual. Very reasonable and rational person who cares about his organization

Good communication and protect his team. No micromanaging and overall great rating.

Super laissez-faire manager. Doesn’t really do much but keeps the ship afloat. If you’re looking to grow, this is not your person. It’s probably more of his role than anything else.

Communication is the area I'd most like to see this manager grow in. Updates on priorities and expectations are often unclear or come late, which makes it hard to plan and prioritize effectively.
