Jing is a supportive and fair manager who communicates expectations clearly and provides useful feedback. She gives team members room to own their work while still being available when support is needed. She also cares about career development and tries to understand each person’s goals. Priorities are generally clear, and she does a good job balancing delivery needs with the team’s workload. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience working with her and would be happy to work with her again.
