Her management style does not create a motivating or supportive work environment. There is limited recognition or appreciation for the team’s efforts, while relatively minor issues are often highlighted and attributed to individuals. There is also a significant lack of work-life balance, with work-related messages and requests frequently extending beyond regular working hours and into weekends. Expectations around responsiveness outside working hours can make it difficult to maintain healthy boundaries. Even when team members put in substantial effort, including working late hours or on weekends, there appears to be limited acknowledgment of those contributions. Overall, the management approach could benefit from greater recognition, constructive feedback and stronger respect for work-life balance. Based on my experience, I would be hesitant to recommend working under this management style.
