Jigar does not care about his team, only himself. He does not grow employee's career or make decisions.

Worst Manager to have. Never had any one so bad. Constant Harassment to employees some more than others. Was a Manager at amazon, this explains some of his attitude. Tries to playoff that he has the best knowledge of maintenance repair and have to do it his way. Even tho you know that his way does not work or is the hardest way to do the job. He tells you should know how to repair a piece of equipment from another country that most people have never seen before. and have only seen for a couple days. He will just stare down at you like a god. He will destroy any place that he is employed at. Don't hire him if you are looking for a new manager you will be sorry. You will loose your best employees if he gets hired in.

Overall Mengfei is a nice person, he develops people and almost makes you feel he cares about you. Mengfei fails to protect his team through organizational changes prioritizing his good-stance with upper management over you. He tends to keep highly relevant information about the future of your projects to himself and upper management.
