This manager baby talks to adult employees and has played favorites with employees. Employees who have worked here did not get enough hours because the scheduling was “performance-based” and the manager picked favorites. The employee who seemed to get the most hours and appeared to be the favorite in this workplace just played on their phone at the register and was extremely rude to customers. Several employees here were also overly and unjustly reprimanded. Employees here were also written up for unjust reasons, such as being 5-10 minutes late to work meanwhile the managers constantly showed up late for opening shifts. This manager would also step outside and talk on the phone or vape for 30 minutes. The manager working here would often show up late for opening shifts. They also insulted employees who worked here and completely disregarded these employees’ hard work. When you work here and you get sick, if you don’t get someone to cover for you, which finding someone to cover is hard here, it’s an automatic write-up because the managers don’t have an ounce of care.
