Not the only single example of his leadership. He has openly boasted that a QA has left the team because of him. He has gotten warnings from the director about his behaviour. In his own words, the QA said, "he is one of the worst people to work for". Some people on the team, even keep track of their 1:1 meetings to stay clear of him making things up.

She's a terrible boss who plants a specific kind of doubt everywhere. Things are just like "it's all good until she shows up". Avoid her.

Honestly, I'm surprised Luis has moved up at Amazon; he withholds information and I truly believe that Bedrock has thrived in spite of him. He struggles with clear communication and often frustrates his team. Additionally, his composure is akin to that of an intern.
