Know your manager before you join.

One of the worst people and managers I've ever encountered. Would go to any lengths to throw you under the bus to save himself and look good in front of leadership. Tries to portray himself as a tough, direct communicator, but in reality, he's just rude. I wouldn't work with him again in a thousand years.

In too many meetings so getting time is a bit difficult. Calendar is usually full.

Actually the best manager I've worked with/for. Super smart guy, I'm always so impressed with the ideas he comes with.
