I had the experience of working with Peter Cossack a few years back, and unfortunately, it was an extremely negative experience for me. In my experience, the work culture under his leadership was poor, and I felt that favoritism played a significant role in how people were treated and given opportunities. I also found the environment hostile and ultimately felt that his management style made it difficult to have a healthy and productive workplace.
